Press Release Author = Focus Gaming (UK)
Industry = Computers
Press Release Summary = A New Gaming Website Hits On July 1st 2006 "We thought it was time gaming websites had a change."
Press Release Body = At Focus Gaming (UK) they have put together a fantastic website and EBay shop, added lots of cool stuff to do and thrown in a remote control monster truck, some duff games, some fire, destruction and general madness!
With a long history dating back to the early 1980's, Lee Gregory the head of Focus Gaming (UK) and website developer, has been a serious gaming nutcase. Owning more consoles, computers and games than his partner (Claire) would like, he felt it was time to channel his past website experience with his love for retro and new gaming into a project which has seen him working more than 24 hours a day!
When questioned on his reasons for what he does, he commented "We thought it was time gaming websites had a change. There are many great websites out there run by dedicated people like myself and I am working with them to give gamers the best of what all of us has to offer". That's all well and good but what about all this remote control monster truck stuff, he smiled and said "you'll have to wait and see, but it's going to be a lot of fun and certainly a different way of reviewing games. You'll also be able to play a monster truck PC game too".
From what we have seen so far it is looking to live up to expectations, featuring news and information from the Sinclair up to Playstation 3. There is a full forum, gallery, video section, online free gaming (Donkey Kong anyone?) and much more.
He may be mad, but when we are having this much fun do we care?
The Focus Gaming (UK) website and Ebay shop are released on July 1st, but you can sign up at the website for updates until then http://www.focusgaming.co.uk
